A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Gregory served as a Sonar Technician and librarian for the technical library for the ASW division of the Combat Systems Department on the USS Halsey CG-23. It was during his service that he discovered his aptitude for tax preparation, managing filings for his shipmates as a dedicated extracurricular pursuit at the behest of the command.
His professional journey spans high-stakes industries—from owning and operating a restaurant to working as an electrical contractor and working for years in the complex operations of a geothermal power plant. This technical foundation transitioned into a decade of specialized financial management; for the past nine years, Gregory has been a trusted partner for vacation rental owners.
Beyond standard bookkeeping, he provides end-to-end support including guest relations, periodic financial reporting, and expert handling of General Excise and Transient Accommodations Taxes (GET/TAT).
