1. Program Description

By opting into the GRN Bookkeeping Services SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from our 855-number regarding your General Ledger Management, appointment reminders, Payroll updates, and occasional financial insights. This service is used for two-way professional communication and transactional alerts.

2. Information Collection & Opt-In

We collect your mobile phone number only when you voluntarily provide it through our Contact Page, written agreements, or by initiating a text conversation with us.

• Express Consent: By providing your number, you provide "Prior Express Written Consent” to be contacted via SMS.

• One-to-One Consent: Your consent applies exclusively to GRN Bookkeeping Services and will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

3. Data Usage & Sharing

As a bookkeeping firm, your privacy is paramount. We handle your mobile data with the same confidentiality as your financial records:

• No Third-Party Sharing: Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Support Services: Data may only be shared with subcontractors who directly support our messaging service (such as our QuickBooks Online or communication platform providers) to ensure message delivery.

4. Message Frequency & Costs

• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service needs (e.g., month-end closing alerts or Tax Preparation Support reminders).

• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

• Billing & Service Notifications: By opting in, you agree to receive transactional updates regarding your account status, which may include text alerts regarding mid-month prorating adjustments, seasonal onboarding fees, and data handoff terms upon service transitions.

5. Your Rights: Opt-Out and Help

• To Unsubscribe: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT" to (855) 623-6653. After you send this command, we will send you one final SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

• For Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" or contact us directly at our Support Page.
